Lynhthy is a Los Angeles-based speaker, actor, stuntwoman, pro dancer, and certified yoga instructor + consultant for TV, film, and commercials.

In the last 6 months, her acting credits include Dr. Pepper and iCarly (Paramount+). Her stunt credits include The Rookie (CBS), The Cleaning Lady (FOX), Mythic Quest (Apple), Danger Force (Nickelodeon), and Knives Out 2. Lynhthy’s yoga consulting work includes Facebook / Oculus and Call Me Kat (FOX). She also recently modeled for Asics and Biore. She is grateful to have had the honor of performing with the world’s most renowned artists: Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Alba, Tiffany Haddish, Snoop Dogg, Kelly Clarkson, and more.

Lynhthy loves cultivating community through serving on the SAG-AFTRA Commercial Performers Committee (CPC), SAG-AFTRA Asian Pacific American Media (APAM) Committee, and is a proud voting member of the Television Academy (The Emmys).

In her new podcast Level Up with Lynhthy, she offers her eating disorder recovery journey as a resource to level up all areas of your life towards love, wholeness, and liberation.

Lynhthy resides in her healing sanctuary in Hollywood Hills. In between being a spiritual gangster, ninja training, and creating nourishing meals, she loves adventuring and experiencing the world. She enjoys backpacking and has recently ascended two 14,000 ft. peaks. Lynhthy plans to climb higher mountains and move even bigger ones. She aspires to be the Asian Oprah.
