Level Up with Lynhthy is a transformative podcast that consciously levels up your life. Lynhthy offers her eating disorder recovery & life journey as a resource for self-love, healing, and wholeness.
Lynhthy presented @ CES, the most powerful tech show in the world, and was recognized by the City of L.A. as a returning guest speaker at NEW Women Business Center for their Women in Entertainment panels as well as returning guest speaker at Blythe Howard’s Commercial Workshop.

Lynhthy has collaborated with Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Jessica Alba (stunt double), Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, and David Fincher (Grammy-winning “Suit & Tie”), the upcoming Michael(2026) Jackson film, among others.
Beyond performances, Lynhthy advocates and serves on SAG-AFTRA’s National Committees - Asian Pacific American Media (APAM), Commercial Performers Committee (CPC) and formerly Dancers Committee. She is a newly appointed Television Academy (The Emmys) Peer Group Executive Committee (PGEC) member for the Stunts Peer Group.

Lynhthy has been yoga certified since 2015. She offers movement direction for television, commercial, and print projects.
Lynhthy is training to get her Life Coaching Certification and is expected to graduate in February 2026.
